We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary depending on your monitor or device settings.

Excape Apparel is not an adequate replacement for rated motorcycle gear.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing is available only during the advertised period.

4. Orders

Once an order has been placed, it immediately enters our processing system. Because many of our products are made to order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Print-on-Demand Production

Many EXCAPE APPAREL products are produced specifically for each customer after an order is placed.

Production times generally range from 2–7 business days before shipping. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, production may take longer.

6. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, EXCAPE APPAREL is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Buyer's remorse

  • Preference changes

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, text, and branding, is the exclusive property of EXCAPE APPAREL and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
